General Cleaning Questions:

A professional cleaning appointment with us will deliver a truly comprehensive service; meaning that prices include everything necessary to complete the tasks to a high standard. Clients can also stipulate their preference or provide their own cleaning products. 

Services such as end of tenancy cleaning, deep cleaning as well as any moving related cleaning appointments will generally have free oven deep clean as optional.  If your desired service does not include this option we can add it for an additional cost.

Clients are responsible for providing parking for our cleaning team. If you are unable to do so, we can find a parking space close by for the service duration & then add it to your final invoice. Please consider that some locations with heavy parking restrictions can be a challenge when moving equipment.

Yes, it is the safest way to clean. Ordinary cleaning products contain chemicals that pose risks such as burns to the skin and eyes; on the other hand, green cleaning products meet strict standards in safety.

Booking and Scheduling:

We recommend booking your cleaning appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. However, we also accept last-minute bookings based on our schedule availability. Feel free to reach out to us to check our current availability.

No, we simply need access and we will handle the rest. If possible, we welcome you back at the end to check our work so that any issues can be addressed instantly.

Yes, most definitely. We will do our best to keep your cleaning specialist consistent. However, if they are unavailable on your chosen date or time, we will send a fantastic replacement!

Services and Pricing:

There are no time limits on most of our services. We typically charge by the job and NOT per hour depending on the service. A team of cleaners will be assigned and work until the cleaning is completed to the highest standards. Services charged hourly are regular domestic cleaning and block & communal cleaning services. 

We offer specialised cleaning services to address specific needs and concerns beyond our standard service list. These include mould removal, cleaning of specific areas and other specialised services for a comprehensive cleaning solution that address your unique requirements.

Yes! You are afforded Free 72 Hours Cleaning Guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the service, we will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost. However, you must let us know within 72 hours of completion of the service.
