We send a number of cleaners depending on the size of your property or the size of area to be cleaned. This can range from 2 – 10 or more cleaning specialists for an efficient service.
We recommend booking your cleaning appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. However, we also accept last-minute bookings based on our schedule availability. Feel free to reach out to us to check our current availability.
Services such as end of tenancy cleaning, deep cleaning as well as any moving related cleaning appointments will generally have free oven deep clean as optional. If your desired service does not include this option we can add it for an additional cost.
Easy, simply use our online form to customise your booking and instantly see prices. We accept card payments via our online booking form. The ‘Payment Method’ section also includes a bank transfer option. Alternatively, kindly ask our friendly advisors for an invoice payment link.
There are no time limits on most of our services. We typically charge by the job and NOT per hour depending on the service. A team of cleaners will be assigned and work until the cleaning is completed to the highest standards.
Yes! Laundry is included however, clients are advised to book sufficient time. We provide bespoke cleaning tailored to your exact requirements as we understand that our time is extremely valuable. Our regular domestic cleaning ensure drawers, cupboards & all surfaces are sanitised & organised where everything is easy to find. Additionally, cushions are puffed up on the couch, linen changed and bed made as well as getting rid of objects that are cluttering your space.
Yes, absolutely! We understand that our clients have busy schedules, so we strive to accommodate your preferred cleaning time as much as possible. Simply let us know your preferred time slot, and we’ll do our best to schedule your cleaning appointment accordingly.
No, we simply need access and we will handle the rest. If possible, we welcome you back at the end to check our work so that any issues can be addressed instantly.
Yes, please get in touch with us as soon as possible for amendments to your booking. This can a very simple and straightforward process subject to availability & when we are notified. For further information, please see Refunds & Cancellation Policy on our Terms and Conditions page.
No, this is a supplementary service. Our After Builders Cleaning service is customisable meaning that exterior window cleaning can be added as an optional extra.
Yes! You are afforded Free 72 Hours Cleaning Guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the service, we will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost. However, you must let us know within 72 hours of completion of the service.
Clients are responsible for providing parking for our cleaning team. If you are unable to do so, we can find a parking space close by for the service duration & then add it to your final invoice. Please consider that some locations with heavy parking restrictions can be a challenge when moving equipment.
Yes, most definitely. We will do our best to keep your cleaning specialist consistent. However, if they are unavailable on your chosen date or time, we will send a fantastic replacement!
We love animals as much as you do! Our teams are familiar with the proper treatment of dogs, cats and other pets. We also use non-toxic, eco-friendly products so your pets are safe on any surface we clean. Please make sure to request an eco-friendly cleaning if this applies to you!

Just trust her and she will do the rest. She will always be professional until the end and will always assist you no matter what. On the other hand the cleaning team is just on a different level.
