Just trust her and she will do the rest. She will always be professional until the end and will always assist you no matter what. On the other hand the cleaning team is just on a different level. They were at the apartment before time, always communicating and paying attention to all details. Showing you what they were about to do, how they did it and why they did it that way, the most efficient way. Additionally, cushions are puffed up on the couch, linen changed and bed made as well as getting rid of objects that are cluttering your space.

Yes! You are afforded Free 72 Hours Cleaning Guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the service, we will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost. However, you must let us know within 72 hours of completion of the service.
Clients are responsible for providing parking for our cleaning team. If you are unable to do so, we can find a parking space close by for the service duration & then add it to your final invoice. Please consider that some locations with heavy parking restrictions can be a challenge when moving equipment.
Yes, most definitely. We will do our best to keep your cleaning specialist consistent. However, if they are unavailable on your chosen date or time, we will send a fantastic replacement!
